Since 1998, Habitat for Humanity of Saline County has partnered with churches, businesses, organizations, and individuals to build simple, decent, affordable homes. These homes are then sold at cost, with a zero percent interest mortgage, to qualifying low-income residents in need.

HABITAT HOMEOWNERS

WHITE FAMILY
Mr. White is a disabled Navy veteran who was accepted into our program at our 2017 Repurpose for a Purpose event. Mr. White's family donated the land for Habitat to build him his own home!

CARTER FAMILY
Regina became a homeowner in 2019. While volunteering at the ReStore to achieve her "Sweat Equity" hours, she became a full-time ReStore employee.

CAMPBELL FAMILY
Katrina and Jeff became homeowners of our 2018 Apostles/Thrivent Build. Because of our local churches and Thrivent Builds, the home was 100% funded with donated dollars!

POSTLETHWAIT FAMILY
Zoe and her family were accepted into the Habitat family at this year's Repurpose for a Purpose event during the Royal Theater's young player's performance of the Newsies.
